Yes, we were at Prokopay from 1996 to 2000. :) My hubby taught the adult Sunday School class on occasion, and we had our first son while we were there. I was pregnant with my second son when we left. When were you in college? Did you play volleyball?
ReplyDeleteMR -- That is the EXACT time I went there! What in the world! No, I didn't play volleyball. I worked in AWANA and had the Thelen Girls in my Guards group. This is unreal!

ReplyDeleteI didn't know many college students well while at Prokopay, though we threw bridal showers for some of the MBBC young ladies.
Do you remember us? We were the only Asian family in the church. :) I have a picture on my blog from my baby shower at Prokopay (it's in my favorite Scooter pics posted in Feb.).
MR -- probably. I did go to State Street a lot in college, with the campus ministry. I think I do remember you guys. You said your husband taught Sunday school sometimes, right? I think I remember him! I will have to check out your picture!
